Model Homes Now Open for Tours

There’s never been a better time to discover the next great place! Model homes at neighborhoods by Woodside Homes and Richmond American Homes are now at Sommers Bend. To take your tour, all you need to do is schedule an appointment for each neighborhood. Simply choose the homes you want to tour and follow the builder link on the neighborhood page to talk to a sales representative. It’s that easy!

From Everview and Canopy by Woodside Homes to Arborly and Canvas by Richmond American Homes, there are more than enough options to explore. Plus, coming early 2021, Esplanade by Taylor Morrison will bring a variety of new 55+ residences with a private clubhouse—and we can’t wait to show you around!
